Product Description

The Great White North™ coat is designed maximum warmth, durability and safety in mind. All of our coats are Canadian made and feature an “Easy On, Easy Off” design. The coat is simply slipped over the dog’s head, then the “Y” shaped belly panel is pulled down and back between the front legs, then pulled up over the dog’s back where the buckles are fastened and the webbing is adjusted. The Broad and Burly coat was made with Frenchies and Bull Dogs in mind. It's for those boys and girls with thicker necks and a little more chest girth.

Our coats are not custom made to your dogs’ specifications. Chilly Dogs uses your dogs measurements to ensure you have selected the best sized coat from our wide array of sizes.

Learn how to correctly measure your dog

1. Use a soft tape measure or wide rope to take the measurements. Do not use a hard straight ruler or carpenter's tape measure.
2. When measuring the back length, your dog must be standing straight with his/her head up. If your dog is lying down or sitting, his/her back length will be longer than the actual length.
3. Measure from the base of the neck (just in front of the shoulder blades) to the base of tail. Do not measure from where the collar sits.
4. The coat length should be the same or longer by 1 to 2 inches as your dogs’ back length.
