- Pork spleen for iron, vitamin A and D
- Beef liver contains iron, vitamin A, B and D, folic acid, phosphorus, essential fatty acids, zinc, and copper. These nutrients protect and support digestion, immune system, reproductive organs, as well as bone, joint, nerve and mental health.
- Spinach is a well-known anti-cancer food, high in flavonoids and antioxidants (like kaempferol), as well as an incredible source of folate (B vitamin).
