Survey Contest Rules

Official rules

  1. Sponsor: The contest is run by Doodle Dogs Inc., Unit 122 - 239 Mayland Pl NE, Calgary, AB T2E 7Z8 ("Doodle Dogs").

  2. Contest period: The contest starts on November 3, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time (MT) and ends on November 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MT.

  3. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory. Employees of Doodle Dogs and Studio Giddy Up, and the members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible.

  4. How to enter: Complete the Doodle Dogs Customer Survey at doodledogsboutique.com/pages/customer-survey and give a valid email address. No purchase is necessary. One entry per person and per email address. Incomplete surveys are not entered. Survey answers have no effect on the chance of winning.

  5. Prize: One prize: a $100 CAD Doodle Dogs gift card, redeemable online at doodledogsboutique.com or at Doodle Dogs stores. The prize must be accepted as awarded. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be substituted, except that Doodle Dogs may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

  6. Bonus points: Every eligible participant who completes the survey during the contest period receives 1,000 bonus Doodle Perks points, whether or not they win the draw. Limit one bonus per person and per email address. Points are added by November 13, 2026 to the Doodle Perks account linked to the email address given in the survey. If no Doodle Perks account exists for that email, Doodle Dogs will email an invitation to join, and the points are added once the account is created [by December 31, 2026]. Bonus points have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are subject to the Doodle Perks program terms, including point expiry.

  7. Draw: On November 11, 2026 at 9:00 am MT in Calgary, Alberta, one eligible entry will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  8. Winner confirmation: The selected entrant will be contacted by email within 1 business day of the draw. To be declared the winner, the entrant must reply within 5 business days and correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance. If the entrant cannot be reached, does not reply in time, answers incorrectly or does not meet these rules, the prize is forfeited and Doodle Dogs may draw another eligible entry.

  9. Winner announcement: With the winner's consent, Doodle Dogs may share the winner's first name and last initial.

  10. Personal information: Names, email addresses and survey answers are collected by Doodle Dogs and its agency, Studio Giddy Up, to run the contest, add bonus points and improve the Doodle Dogs customer experience. Answers may be matched to the entrant's existing Doodle Dogs customer record. Results are reported in aggregate only. Personal information is not sold or shared with any other third party, and entering does not subscribe anyone to marketing email.   11. Google: The survey is hosted with Google Forms. The contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Google.

  12. General: Entries made by automated means, under multiple email addresses or by fraud are void. Doodle Dogs may modify, suspend or cancel the contest if it cannot run as planned for reasons beyond its control, subject to applicable law. By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to the decisions of Doodle Dogs, which are final.
