My Astro Frequent Buyer webpage says I am at my FREE ITEM !! How do I redeem it online?

CONGRATS!! You have A FREEBIE! All you have to do is add to the notes section of your next order that you would like to claim this specific free item and we will add it to your order for you. By default, the FREE ITEM is always the least expensive on the tracking card by manufacturer rules, however, if you would like a more expensive item, tell us exactly what you would like and we will deduct the equivalent cost of the cheaper item from the total and send a quick check out digital invoice for the balance. This can be paid online easily. Do not add freebie to cart, we will do that for you from the notes!

All freebies added to the order should come back as a confirmation email to you showing we added the free item for the upcoming delivery!

Alternatively, you can always come to any store to claim in person!

What is tracked by Doodle Dogs to an eventual FREE ITEM?

A lot of things are tracked! To confirm simply check your product on our webpage and look for the Frequent Buyer dropdown. Many oils, waste bags and even toys are also tracked alongside most food items.
