Unused merchandise with original packaging can be returned within 14 days for an exchange or store credit.
We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot honor exchanges or credit for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original condition. We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise.
- Custom orders - these cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Sale Items and discontinued items - all "Sale" items are considered non-refundable and are final sales. Discontinued items are also final sale
- Carriers, beds and blankets cannot be returned due to health and safety concerns
If you are needing to return your online purchase, we will happily exchange your purchase or credit your account within 14 days of receipt with original tags in unused condition.
For an exchange or credit please contact the store at : firstname.lastname@example.org to explain the reasoning and so we can collect required information.
Once we receive the returned merchandise and required information we will process the exchange or credit.
Shipping charges back to us and out again for exchanged orders are the responsibility of the customer. If additional charges are required (exchange is for a higher value item and applicable shipping charges) we will contact you for to discuss the charges.
Please measure/review sizes/contact us to avoid needing to return and reship items.
Food returns can be done if there is a health issue concerning being unable to eat the food anymore ie; allergies or the quality of food appears to be off. Smell, texture or colour may be contributing factors for food quality but keeping in mind oxidization.
While most manufacturers guarantee their food, at Doodle Dogs we believe education is fundamental when it comes to helping your pet's nutrition journey. Fussy, picky, or bored of their food at this time is not a reason for returned food. Should you wish to try food for your historically picky dog please ask for samples of a brand you are interested in or purchase a small size product. We help each client figure out why their dog isn't eating and teach ways to get your dog on a healthy schedule. We believe allowing multiple types of food changes will enable and encourage your dog to no longer want its food.
US & International Customers
We are in Canada, when returning merchandise for an exchange or online store credit, we suggest you also track and mark your package clearly as a RETURNED PRODUCT so as not to incur any further customs charges. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions.
